Form Builder

To manage or create forms, navigate to Forms in the left-hand main menu. This section allows you to view all existing forms and create new ones.

When building a form, you can choose from a variety of field types (such as text input, dropdown, checkbox, etc.). To organize your form more clearly, you can also group fields into sections. This helps create a more structured and user-friendly form layout.

Create a form

• Enter a title.
• Add fields to your form.
• Name the submit button.
• Set a confirmation type and message. The confirmation message appears after the form is submitted. You can create a custom message to display.
