Organisation management

In the organisation management, we describe how to manage users and, if applicable, tenants. This allows you to set access rights and roles for different users, ensuring that everyone within the system only has access to the areas relevant to them. Managing tenants is particularly useful when there are multiple websites or departments that need to be managed separately within the same CMS environment.

Tenant configuration

To change the general tenant configuration, go to Settings in the main menu and click on the General tab. Here, you can modify the name, upload a logo image, and change or add domains as needed.

Users

In the user section of AXIO-CMS, you can easily manage users. Here, you have the ability to create new users, assign roles, and change passwords when necessary. This allows you to control who has access to different parts of the CMS and efficiently manage user permissions.

Users: Add a user

  • Go to Users in the main menu and add a new user by clicking the Create New button.
  • Enter the email and password; these are required fields. The first name and last name are optional.
  • Select the role for the new user. There are two roles you can assign. User: Can create and edit content. Super Admin: Can create users and, if applicable, tenants.
  • All set? Click "Save" at the top right to save the user.

Users: Change password

To change the password, click on Change Password. Next, click the Force Unlock button to apply the new password. Once you have made these changes, save them by clicking the Save button at the top right.
